Use boned chicken. Put in saucepan on medium heat or low heat.
Cook until chicken is done, keep covered. Best results happen
when starting with heat higher for a few minutes then bring heat
down for rest of cooking. Takes around 10-15 minutes.

Boneless skinles breasts can be used. Double recipe for more sauce on rice.
