Heat oven to 400.... Mix eggs ,vanilla,annisette and set aside. In pan slowly boil sugar, milk, water, salt and a pat of butter. Add farina and egg mixture to sugar mixture, mix well and pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Add pats of butter on top of batter and bake 45 min...top with sugar and cinnamon
