1/2 small onion

1/3 cup vinegar

1Tbs sugar

1t salt. ( I use less)

Instructions |

Cook bacon crisp, remove and drain.
|
|

|
Brown onion in bacon fat
|
|
|
|
Add remaining ingredients, warm and pour over greens
|
|
|
|
Warm the salad bowl or the dressing gets cold too quickly. I warm the lettuce slightly too. Helps with the wilting.
