Set aside 2/3 c cake mix. Combine remaining cake mix, beaten egg and butter until crumbly. Press mixture over bottom and up sides of 9x13x2 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Combine the rest except the pecans. Stir by hand and spread on crust. Sprinkle with the pecans and cook for 30-35 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely.
