Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13x2 pan. Combine mix, 1/4 c water, eggs and butter. Reserve 1/2 batter and add to it- cocoa pkt, chocolate chips and 1 T water. Add nuts to yellow batter. Put yellow batter in pan, drop chocolate on top and swirl. Bake for about 22-27 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
