Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, & garlic powder in a medium bowl. Use hand mixer to mix all ingredients together until smooth. Spread on the bottom of a 8x9 pan.
Pour the entire pizza sauce jar over cream cheese mixture. Generously top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until it starts to bubble and the top is slightly browned.
