oil pan sprinkle with brown sugar
|

|
slice apples in 8ths place on botton of pan add brown sugar again
|
|
|
|
blend oil and sugar add eggs to oil one at a time pour saly vanilla flour and baking powder over apples
|
|
|
|
Bake 1 hour at 350 oven add jelly or coconut if desired
|
