Combine flour and seasonings. Toss meat in this. Brown in 2 T oil. Add onions and cook until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, cook until tender. Make the dumplings and cook until they are done.
Chili Dumplings- Heat butter and chili until bubbly. Add to bisquick and water. Make dumplings and put on top of stew. Cook until done.
