|
spray skillet w/ cooking oil, melt butter (be careful not to burn butter lower temp if necessary for this step)
|
|
|
add broken vermicelli and brown. add rice one can of broth and salt and pepper to taste.
|
|
|
allow to simmer around 10 mins until broth is almost gone, stirring occasionally.
|
|
|
add second can of broth. allow to simmer until all liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
