     Roasted Red Pepper Sauce for Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup onion, minced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 roasted red peppers, chopped
½ teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Heat oil in a small sauté pan and sauté onions, garlic, tomatoes until onions are transparent. Set aside to cool slightly.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully incorporated.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Crab Cakes with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
