     Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
2 t. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
 
1/2 c. each of nuts and rasins (optional)
Instructions
Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and beat.
Sift dry ingredients in a seperate bowl. Add creamed sugar mixture and vanilla. Beat 2-3 min. Add apples and others. Stir into batter.
Pour into greased 13x9.
Bake at 350 for 55-60 min.
