Mix together cream cheese, salt and sugar.
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each.
Add vanilla and milk and mix.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 400 for 10 min.
Reduce to 325 for 50 min.
VARIATION-
Cut above amounts by 1/3.
Cook 1/3 c. sugar, 1 T. corn starch and 9 oz can crushed pinnapple until clear.
Cool and pour into bottom of unbaked pie shell and add cream cheese mixture on top.
Bake as directed.
1/3 amounts-
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 T. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. vanilla
