     Streussel Filled Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 T baking pwd
1/4 t. salt
1/4 c. softened butter
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
 
2 T. flour
2 t. cinnamon
2 T. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions
Sift 1 1/2 c. flour, sugar, baking pwd and salt into bowl. Cut in 1/4 c. soft butter until it mixes like corn meal.
Blend in egg, milk and vanilla. Mix, just to dampen. Spread 1/2 batter into well greased and floured 8 inch square pan.
In seperate bowl combine; brown sugar, 2 T. flour, cinnamon, 2 T. melted butter and pecans. Sprinkle 1/2 streussel mix onto batter and repeat layers.
Bake at 375 for 30 min. Double to fill a 13x9.
