     Cape Cod Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
9 oz can pinnapple tidbits
3oz. pkg red cherry jello
16oz. can jellied cranberries
1/4 c. lemon juice
8oz pkg small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
 
Instructions
Drain pinnapple and reserve juice. Add enough water to the juice to bring it to 1c. Heat to boiling.
Stir into jello and dissolve in med. size bowl.
Beat in cranberry sauce and lemon juice until smooth. Chill 45 min. Stir in pinnapple, cottage cheese, celery and nuts.
Put into mold and chill over night.
