Tear up bread into about 1 inch pieces and place in 13x9 sprayed with pam.
Mix all non sauce ingredients except for bread and butter.
Pour evenly over bread.
Dott generously with butter and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
SAUCE-
Mix flour, sugar and eggs. Add milk, stirring constantly over medium heat until thickens.
Pour sauce over bread when serving.
