     Egg Casserole

Ingredients
1lb ground pork sausage cooked and drained
1 can rotel drained
2 cups shredded cheese
1 1/4 bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
12 eggs
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Layer sausage, than rotel, than cheese on bottom of baking dish.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over cheese.
Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
