1 stick butter
|

1 egg

3/4 c. sugar

2 T. flour

1 large can sliced peaches, well drained

Instructions |
|
|
Cream together butter, sugar and egg.
|
|
|
Add flour. Beat until mixture is like whipped cream.
|
|
|
Arrange peaches into pie shell and spread batter over the top.
|
|
|
Bake at 425 for 10 min.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 35 min, or until custard is set.
