Preheat overn to 350 degrees. Cook and drain noodles. In large mixing bowl combine Noodles, Tuna, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Sour Cream, Milk 1 Cup of Cheese and Garlic Salt and Garlic Pepper. Fold into 9x13 baking dish.
Top with rest of Cheese and then Crushed Potato Chips
Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is melted and middle is hot.
