     Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cups rice (minute rice is fine)
1 cup broccoli or other vegies (I use frozen)
1 cooked chicken breast
1 egg
2 Tbls. of Soy Sauce
 

Instructions
In pan cook cut up pieces of chicken brest. When completely cooked add the egg and scramble with the chicken. Next add your cooked broccoli or other veggies you wish to add to the pan with the rice. Mixing ingredients together pour on soy sauce. Continue frying until all moisture is evaporated/absorbed. Serve and enjoy!
This is a very forgiving recipe and can be adjusted according to taste. In place of Chicken I have used beef chunks, shrimp, kielbasa, or you can just have the vegetables. You can also adjust the Soy Sauce amount (I have never actually measured how much I usually just guesstimate). I have also added spices and find that Mrs. Dash (multiple flavors) add a different zing to the rice.
