Place all ingredients in a 2.5 qt. casserole dish. This will take less than 5 minutes to prepare. Cover and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Be careful to watch for scorching due to variations in oven temperatures.

Just taste a sample after about 35 minutes to see how it's doing and check amount of liquid left to keep from drying up. If you need to add a small amount of boiling water to keep it from burning, then do so. It won't alter the taste to any great extent.

When done, remove and enjoy! Serves about 5 if everyone is not absolutely ravenous for it after the first bite!
