     Swedish Spritz Cookies

Ingredients
1 lb butter
1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp almond extract
1 egg yolk
4 1/2 C flour
 
Instructions
Cream butter & sugar together. Add egg yolk and almond extract, beat well. Add four, mix until blended.
Press flat and cut into shapes.
Bake at 375 for 9 minutes or until lightly browned.
