Cut a lengthwise slit in each pepper, remove seeds and membranes.
Spread a teaspoonful of cream cheese in each. Stuff a smokie in each.
Cut bacon strips in half and partially cook. Wrap a piece of bacon
around each pepper, secure witha toothpick. Place in an ungreased
9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350. 20 minutes for spicy, 30 minutes for
medium, and 40 minutes for mild.
