     Taco Seasoning

Ingredients
1 T chili powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1/4 t dried oregano
1/2 t paprika
1 1/2 t ground cumin
1 t black pepper
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients together and add to 2 lbs of boca crumbles and 3/4 c water. Heat mix and add to whole wheat shells.
Optional- vegetarian re-fried beans, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, etc.
