Do not use metal spoons or bowls for mixing. Do not refrigerate. If air gets in the bag, let it out. It is normal for batter to thicken, bubble and ferment, don't be alarmed.
Day 1 - the day you receive the batter do nothing.
Days 2,3,4,5, Squeeze the bag.
Day 6 - Add 1 c each of flour, sugar, milk.
Days 7,8,9, Squeeze the bag.

Day 10- Combine in bowl batter from the bag, 1 c flour, 1 c sugar, and 1 c milk. Mix with wooden spoon or spatula. Pour 1 cup of mixture into each of 4 ziploc bags. Keep one for yourself and pass three along to friends along with these instructions.
