pre heat oven to 450
|
|
|
On lightly floured board roll out each pastery shell to 1/8 inch thick
|
|
|
Place rounds of brie in centers of three pastery circles. Top each with pecan halves and one of the remaining pastry circles. With fingers crimp edges to seal top and bottom pasteries. Brush with egg yolk. Place on cookie sheet.

|
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 20 minutes linger. Cut into wedges and serve with crackers of fruit.
