Saute celery, onions and carrots in 1/2 stick butter. Add 1/2 cup
flour, salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Add chicken broth and half
and half. Stir well.
Add cooked chicken and pareboiled potatoes. Pour into casserole pan.
Top with Pillsbury pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
