Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ziti in boiling
water until al dente; drain and put in large bowl.
Mix Ricotta cheese and half the
mozzarella with the ziti. Grease 9 x 13 inch
baking dish. Cover bottom of dish with half the
spaghetti sauce. Spoon ziti mixture into pan.
Cover with remaining spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle
with Parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella
cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes. Yields 8-10 servings.
