Cook hamburger meat with onion. Season with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Add spaghetti sauce and enough water to make it 32 ounces.
Mix together cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, italian seasoning, and parsley.
Layer 1 1/2 cup of sauce mixture on bottom of 13 x9 pan. Add a layer of noodles. Add 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture and 3/4 cup of sauce mixture. Add layer of noodles. Add second half of cottage cheese mixture. Add layer of noodles. Top with remaining sauce. Pour 3/4 cup of water around edges of lasanga.
Cover with foil and bake on 375 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
