     Grits Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound sausage
3 cups cooked grits
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 T butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
 

Instructions
Cook, drain, crumble sausage into 13 x 9 greased casserole dish. Combine hot grits, cheese and butter. Stir until cheese melts. Combine eggs and milk. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour over sausage. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
