Whisk the dry ingredients together.
Mix in the wet ingredients, mixing/whisking as few times as possible.
Butter a frying pan and heat it until water drops sizzle on it. Ladle on the batter and cook!
For whatever reason, these pancakes take longer to cook. Don't be deceived, just because they're golden and gorgeous doesn't mean they're fluffy and cooked through in the middle.
Yes, yes I couldn't believe in a pancake recipe with no eggs either, but honestly you'll never know! These are fantastic pancakes that are light, tender, delicious and double perfectly.
