Combine cream cheese, sugar, and egg. Press 1 1/2 rolls of cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9 by 13 glass pan. Add cream cheese mixture. Place the remaining cookie dough on top in crumbles.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
