Mix flour and baking soda. Combine butter, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Neat5 in eggs. And flour mixture and beat. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
