     Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients
8 medium sized potatoes, baked.( about 4 lbs)
2 cups(8oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
½ cup milk
¼ cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp. pepper
 
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 green onions, chopped

Instructions
Peel potatoes and coarsely mash pulp with potato masher( I just mashed the whole potato with skins left on) Stir in 1 cup(half) of cheddar cheese and the next 7 ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased 9x13” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle green onions, bacon, and remaining cheese on top. Put in oven 5 min or long enough to melt cheese.
