     Drenched Bacon w/ Rice

Ingredients
9-pcs Oscar-Mayer Center-Cut Bacon
1/3 cup Canola Oil
2 Tsp.Land-Lakes Stick Butter
1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 1/2 White Steamed Rice
1/2 cup of Soy Sauce
 

Instructions
Use a rice steamer and steam it approximately 5 min.Then get a small pan and put the oil and butter in it.Turn the heat to high.
After all the butter is melted, put 3 pieces of bacon and fry it for about 2 min.And fry the rest of the bacon, too.While you put the others in, check on the rice and if it is ready, then get plates and serve rice first.
When the bacon is done give each person 3 pieces.Then squirt the soy sauce on each plate of rice and bacon.Then sprinkle the black pepper on to the top to complete the dish.
