Cook the pasta to desired tenderness. Drain, drizzle with olive oil and grate some fresh lemon zest. Toss.

Heat olive oil and sautee garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute. Add the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 minute and add the wine. Add the tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the basil.

Add the pasta to the sauce, and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with more fresh shredded basil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
