     Nacho Casserole

Ingredients
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. pre-sliced sweet pepers (about 1/2in wide strips)
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tubes (10oz each) refrigerated pizza dough
1 jar(16oz) med-hot salsa
3 c. shredded taco-cheese blend
1 can (2.2 oz) sliced black olives, drained (about 1/4c)
3 lg scallions,trimmed and sliced
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 375. Coat 13x9x2in baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
In lg skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Add peppers,ground beef and garlic salt; cook,stirring to break up crumbs of beef,until the peppers are soft and beef is no longer pink, about 4 min. Drainoff any excess fat from skillet.
remove pizza dough from tubes. Cut the dough crosswise into 1/2in wide slices, then cut each slice into quarters. In lg bowl, toss together dough pieces and salsa. SAdd cooked meat mixture 2 c. of the taco-cheese blend and olives. Scrape mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle the remianing 1 c. taco-cheese blend over top.
Bake at 375 for 30 min. Sprinkle scallions evenly over the top. Bake an additional 5 min
