     Italian Kabobs

Ingredients
1 pkg cheese tortellini (tri color just add to the look)
2 peppers, (red, yellow or green are fine).
1lb smoke mozzerella
1 can lg black olives
1 container small red tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp basil and oregano
1/2 tsp salt
 
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
24 wooden kabob skewers

Instructions
Cook pasta and cool. Cut up peppers into small squares or big enough to skewer and cheese into chunks.
Mix olive oil, garlic, and spices in bowl. Place cut up ingredients, along with cooled tortellini, olives and tomatoes into a container with lid and add oil mixture. Coat well and place in fridge to marinate. Allow several hours to marinate or make the night before.
Take out of fridge and let set for about 10-20 min. Prepare kabobs, alternating tortellini, peppers and cheese.
