     Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
2 8oz packs of Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Half and Half
1 Tbsp onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 10 oz bag frozen spinach
1 13 oz can artichoke hearts, chopped
2/3 cup Montery Jack cheese, shredded
 

Instructions
Blend cream cheese and half and half. Add the rest of the ingredients, saving half the shredded cheese. Cook on high 1.5-2 hours. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
