     Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup plus 2/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
2 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (corn, peas, carrots)
1 1/2 cup chicken, cubed
1 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
 

Instructions
Combine soups, 1/2 cup milk, thyme, pepper and poultry seasoning. Stir in vegetables and chicken.
Transfer to 9x13 pan cooked with cooking spray.
Stir biscuit mix and remaining milk just until blended. Drop 12 rounded tablespoons onto casserole.
Bake uncover at 350 for 40-50 mins or until filling is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.
