Get a medium size skillet out and cover that bottom in olive oil season your chicken with salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you like. pan sere the chicken and make sure both side have a nice crispt on it save the drippings in teh pan

take another skillet, you will need to cut the onilin into thin slices, then put the olive oil in the pan and you want to saute the onion first for about five min then put the snap peas in and add salt pepper and garlic. cook until nice and crispt

with the drippings add the broth and the flour mix together well. NO CLUPS. if to thin add a little more flour to thicken you will want a nice sauce.

|
finally you need to cut the chicken into thin slices. Add the snap peas and onions. Last you will need to pour the sause over and garnish with chopped chives
