Add 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add 1 TSP of cumin seeds
in that then add cashews, fry them until they turn
in to light brown. Grind that in to fine powder ,
add tomatoes in to that and make it a smooth paste.
Fry the capsicum pieces in a tbsp of oil and keep
them aside.
In a big pan, add 2 tsp of oil , add finely
chopped onions, add ginger garlic paste after
they fried properly and lil turmeric powder, then
add the tomato-cashew mixture.
Keep it on a low flame for 3-4 mins, then
add 1 tsp of red chili powder,
salt accordingly,
and ½ tsp of dhaniya powder(optional)
once the tomato paste cooked properly , add paneer
cubes and capsicum pieces. Keep the stove on low
flame for other 5 mins and turn it off.
If u like , you can add either milk or cream
before turning off the stove.
