     Barbecued Chicken Fajitas

barbecued chicken breast
herbs (parsley, savory, oregano, lemon thyme)
dark and mixed lettuce
grated mixed cheese (goat, parmesan, etc)
red peppers
white onion
large corn tortillas
extra virgin olive oil
garlic powder
Kraft light parmesan asiago balsamic vinegar dressing

Thin slice chicken chop onions and red peppers finely chop herbs mix herbs, chicken, peppers, onions. Add garlic powder to taste. Toss with olive oil. Set aside while you make the salad.
Chop lettuce dice tomato finely grate cheese
In a barbecue cage on a medium grill, cook mixed veggies and chicken until veggies are just tender. This will heat the chicken appropriately. As this is cooking, heat tortillas directly on the grill until preferred doneness.
Serve. Add chicken/vegetable mixture to tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Add dressing. Fold, eat, and enjoy!
