Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap or foil.

|
Spoon sorbet or sherbet into pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.

|
While pan is in freezer. Pour milk into a large bowl add dry pudding mix. Beat or whisk until well blended. Gently stir in pre-made whipped cream
|
|
|
Spread pudding mixture over sorbet/sherbet in pan. Freeze for 2 hours.
