Cut tenderloin into 2-3 cm steaks. Spice them with salt and pepper
and fry slightly on frying-pan. (only so they get a bit brown)
Put them in a deep roasting dish and brush them with mustard.
Then place the smoked ham and cheese on top.
Sauce-
chop the onion very finely and brown on the same pan you used
for the pork without washing it. when the onion are tender add the
curry powder and sprinkle the flour over. Add the tomato paste and
cream, stir and pour over the pork.
Bake at 225 C for about 1/2 hour.
