Beat 1 egg and add 3/4 cup of milk and a pinch of cayenne in a
bowl. Then place 1/4 cup of cornstarch in a separate dish.

In another bowl mix 1/2 cup of cornstarch and cornmeal with 2
teaspoons of chopped dill and 2 teaspoons of paprika and salt and
pepper.

|
Dip the pickles in the plain cornstarch then the egg watch then the
cornmeal mixture. Then fry in 2 inches of canola oil at 375 degrees
for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
