Combine first 3 ingredients; add butter, stirring
until well blended. Spread mixture into a 12 inch
pizza pan, pressing down until even thickness. Bake
at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly
browned. Cool crust in pan on a wire rack.
Mash 2 cups of blueberries in a medium, non-
aluminum sauce pan. Stir in 1/2 cup sugar. Bring
to a boil over medium heat, boil for 2 minutes.
Whisk together cornstarch and water, stir into
blueberry mixture, and return to a boil, stirring
constantly. Boil 1 min. and set aside to cool.
While blueberry mixture cools, beat cream cheese at
medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread cooked blueberry mixture on crust evenly,
spread cream mixture over top, and place remaining
fresh blueberries on top and chill.
