Lay out steak. On each piece, put a layer of ham,
pepperoni, boiled egg, salt, and heavy black pepper.
Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
Heat 2-3 Tbs. olive oil in a large skillet over
medium heat. Add meat rolls and brown on all sides.
Add tomato sauce and 3-4 peppers. Pour several Tbs.
of pepper juice into sauce. Turn heat to low and
simmer for approx. 30 minutes, or until steak is
tender.

Suggestions
Serve with pasta. When sliced, meat rolls make a beautiful presentation.
