boil the chicken, once its done take out and slice into chunks..small ones...in a skillet heat up some veg oil or olive oil..doesnt matter. chop the peppers and onioin and toss in with the chicken.....sautee'in the veggies. when done put in a tortilla, add chese and ranch.
