1 1/2 lbs broccoli, cooked and drained, or 2 (10oz) pkgs, cooked and drained
5 large slices cooked tormjey or chicken (about 3/4 lb)
1/2 c grated parm cheese
Instructions
Heat margarine in 2 qt saucepan until melted. Stir in flour and salt. Cook over med heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly; remove from heat.
Stir in broth. Heat to boiling; remove from heat. Stir in broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in wine and nutmeg.
Place hot broccoli in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12x7x2 inches; top with turkey. Pour sauce over turkey; sprinkle with cheese.
Set oven control to broil and/or 550. Broil with top 3 to 5 inches from heat until cheese is golden brown, about 2 minutes.
