1 lb hamburger

1/2 onion, chopped
|

Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

1 can cream of mushroom soup
|
|
1 can cream of celery soup
|
|
1 can medium enchilada sauce
|
|
1 can water
|
|
15 corn tortillas, torn in fourths
|
|
1 can black olives, drained
|
|

3-4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Brown hamburger with onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
|

While this is cooking, mix together soups, enchilada sauce and
water. Microwave for 3 minutes.
|
|
|
In a large, greased baking dish layer twice in the following order-
soup mixture, tortillas, meat, cheese, olives, soup mixture.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
